Opportunity House

provides refuge and respite for individuals experiencing homelessness in the Pine Bluff community. Through a combination of essential services and personalized support, Opportunity House helps participants stabilize and take meaningful steps toward long-term housing.

Daytime Services include:

• Nutritious meals
• Hygiene services
• Internet access
• Case management support from Depaul USA staff
• Connections to:
  • Public benefits
  • Employment opportunities
  • Healthcare services
  • Housing resources

These services are offered five mornings a week.

A Pathway to Stability

• The Overnight Shelter serves as a stabilizing step while residents work toward:
  • Reunification with family
  • Placement in transitional or permanent housing
  • Connection to employment or benefits
  • Enrollment in appropriate treatment or support programs

  Together, these services reflect Opportunity House’s commitment to dignity, safety, and pathways out of homelessness.

Nighttime Services include:

• Nightly, short-term emergency accommodation for adults
• A safe place to sleep while working toward stable housing
• Not intended as a long-term housing solution

These services are offered nightly.
