Depaul USA is working to end college homelessness through the Dax Program. The Dax Program assists homeless and housing insecure students attending colleges and universities throughout Denver, including Regis University and Metropolitan State University.
Program Overview
The Dax Program addresses students’ immediate crises of homelessness by providing stable and safe housing. The Dax Program provides students with various services that support a successful path toward the continuation and completion of their studies.
These include:
- Housing
- Case management
- Counseling referrals
- Community building activities
- Sunday suppers
- Service learning
- Volunteering
Dax House Participation Requirements:
- Be currently enrolled in a Colorado college or university
- Working a minimum of 10 hours per week

Pay a reduced monthly rent payment based on monthly payment
- Adhere to the Dax House guidelines
- Be enrolled as a full-time student and maintain full-time status and good academic standing throughout Dax participation
