Leavenworth

On January 1, Leavenworth Attainable Housing became a program of Depaul USA. This Kansas-based program provides permanent supportive housing to low-income and homeless individuals and families. At present, Depaul USA owns or manages seven houses in Leavenworth.  The program has ambitious plans for the future that include construction of multi-unit buildings and the purchase and renovation of existing housing in Leavenworth.  The city has a very limited inventory of quality affordable housing.  Depaul USA’s work in Leavenworth will expand that housing stock, provide housing and support services to precariously housed or homeless individuals and families so that they can reach their potential, and uplift core neighborhoods in the city.
